We strive to ensure the successful delivery of every order. However, promotions, seasonal sales, and special offers may result in temporary processing or shipping delays.
During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Ramadan, etc.) or unforeseen logistical disruptions, shipping times may extend to 2–3 weeks.
Please Note
- Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled, changed, or intercepted. This is consistent with our Cancellation Policy.
- If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and delivery fails as a result, the order will be considered fulfilled. No refund or replacement will be issued, and any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Qamar Jewelry is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect address information, relocation, or failed delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unavailable at delivery, the carrier may leave a notice. Packages not collected within 15 days may be returned to our Asia-based warehouse and considered abandoned, with no refund provided.
- If a parcel shows no tracking updates for 30 consecutive days, it will be considered lost in transit. In such cases, Qamar may offer a reshipment, subject to verification and approval.
- Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and require valid proof as requested by the Qamar Team. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Qamar Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
- Qamar Jewelry is not responsible for taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or clearance fees applied to international shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to all shipping terms stated above. Orders that do not comply with these terms are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
