Return Policy
Qamar Jewelry provides a 14-day return window after delivery, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.
All sales are final once placed. This return policy applies only after successful delivery and does not constitute an order cancellation.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Returned items that are not defective will be used as stock in our Asia-based warehouse, and reimbursement is subject to the conditions outlined below.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@Qamar-Jewelry.com within the 14-day return window.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return authorization instructions, including the official return address located in our Asia-based warehouse (country of origin).
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
Please Note
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All approved returns must be shipped to our Asia-based warehouse (country of origin).
- International return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returned items are received and stored as customer stock in our warehouse.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and no later than 30 days from the date the item is received. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Required Documentation
To proceed with any claim, customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence, including:
- The product is clearly shown.
- The delivery note with the tracking number is visible.
- The product and tracking number are shown together in the same image.
- A continuous unboxing video recorded upon first receipt of the package, clearly showing the unopened parcel, the shipping label, and the full unboxing process.
An unboxing video is mandatory. Without an unboxing video, we will not proceed with refunds, replacements, credits, or further investigation of the request.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation will result in claim rejection.
Lost Parcels
If a shipment shows no tracking updates for 30 consecutive days, it will be considered lost in transit.
In such cases, Qamar Jewelry will offer a reshipment, subject to verification and approval.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Personal care and hygiene products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items and gift cards.
Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, the original item must be returned (subject to approval) and shipped to our Asia-based warehouse. A new order must be placed separately.
All replacement orders are subject to current pricing, product availability, and standard processing and shipping times.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected at our Asia-based warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are issued only for eligible returned products. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing may take 7–14 business days after inspection. A 25% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.
About the 25% Deduction
Qamar Jewelry actively supports humanitarian efforts in Palestine. Twenty-five percent (25%) of every sale is donated to verified charitable organizations supporting Palestine.
As this contribution is made at the time of purchase, the donated portion is non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Important
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
- All returns must be sent to our Asia-based supplier warehouse.
- Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery are not covered.
- Refunds are subject to a 25% non-refundable donation deduction.
- Unboxing video is required for all damage, defect, incorrect, or missing item claims.
- Requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy will be rejected and are not eligible for a refund.
