Final Sale Policy

All orders are final once placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order will be fulfilled immediately and cannot be canceled or modified.

Due to our fully automated fulfillment system, orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed, similar to standard dropshipping operations.

Order Processing & Shipping

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible. We are unable to stop, change, or intercept shipments once they are being prepared or dispatched.

Our products are shipped from overseas (Asia). Shipping times may vary and are beyond our control.

Orders in Transit

If your order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. Orders that have already been shipped must be received by the customer.

Right to Cancel

Order cancellation is allowed only before the order enters processing. Once payment is confirmed and processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must inform us through a clear written statement (such as email) before the order enters processing.

Requests submitted after processing has begun will not be accepted.
